Burrows Little is a generalist architectural practice based in London. Ian Little and John Burrows, both Architects, have known each other since Architectural School in the 70s. In 1998, they came together again when Burrows Cave International was formed and they have worked together ever since, culminating in the creation in Burrows Little this year. Burrows Little is a highly innovative and experienced commercial retail and entertainment design house in Europe. Burrows Little is founded on the belief that a commitment to good design is compatible with commercially viable development. An understanding of the underlying economic reality allows the practice to generate new and exciting solutions without endangering the feasibility of clients’ ideas and projects throughout the local area. The company, located in Paddington began trading in 2012 and has 35 years of experience in the architectural and design business.
Burrows Little’s Small Projects team provides specialist architecture and interior design services for all building types and can assist clients with all stages of their projects.
Burrows Little employs fully qualified Architects registered in the UK. The company is proud of its track record of providing excellent Architectural advice and service throughout the country and specifically in the London area. Having worked with most London boroughs the company has a very good success rate of gaining approvals for complicated Building Permit and Planning Applications throughout the south east.
Burrows Little has a large network of clients, located throughout the UK, including private deomestic clients, Henderson Global, Pradera, London Clubs, The Light, Lend Lease, Jarman and Co. , Mace Project Management, ExxonMobil and many more smaller clients.
Prior to the co-founding of Burrows Little, both Ian Little and John Burrows were Directors of Burrows Cave International and BCIdesign for 13 years.
